About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ventilation Specialist - Clinical Care to join our team at AdaptHealth LLC. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity for a respiratory therapist with experience in ventilation management to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of respiratory therapy principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Provide comprehensive ventilation management services to patients, ensuring timely interventions and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Conduct Thorough Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of patients' ventilation needs, identifying potential risks and developing effective plans to mitigate them.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Remain current with the latest advances in respiratory therapy, ventilation management, and related technologies.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree or Higher: Hold an associate's degree or higher from an accredited respiratory program.
  • Clinical Experience: Possess at least one year of experience as a respiratory therapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Licensure and Certifications: Maintain valid RT clinical licensure in all states serviced by AdaptHealth and hold CPR certification.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
