Transportation Specialist for Children with Needs

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation services. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily transportation routes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough route planning and coordination to optimize efficiency and minimize delays
- Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during transit
- Maintain accurate records of driver performance, student attendance, and vehicle maintenance
- Communicate effectively with parents, schools, and other parties to address transportation-related concerns
- Develop and implement strategies to improve passenger satisfaction and reduce complaints
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- A strong understanding of transportation logistics and routing principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in transportation coordination or a related field
