Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at S & S Property Management Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, including electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC systems, appliances, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues, including water lines and irrigation systems.
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.
  • Perform routine maintenance on appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
  • Inspect and repair or replace tile, carpet, flooring, and other interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Install and repair interior and exterior lighting fixtures, including ceiling fans and fireplaces.
  • Perform routine maintenance on doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
  • Diagnose and repair boiler, gas, and electric systems.
  • Install and repair door locks, P.O. boxes, and security systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance on pool areas, including tile and pool furniture.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • HVAC, EPA, and CPO certification and/or experience preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call emergencies.
