Job Description

The Automotive Finance Assistant at Renn Kirby Gettysburg plays a crucial role in assisting the Sales Manager in all aspects of automotive finance operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of automotive financing processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing and reviewing financial documents, including loan contracts and lease agreements.
  • Prepare and input financial data into the company's finance system accurately and efficiently.
  • Process customer credit applications and verify the information provided.
  • Communicate with customers to collect necessary documentation and resolve any finance-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update financial records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with calculating and presenting finance options to customers, ensuring transparency and compliance with regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in automotive finance or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in using finance-related software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
