Job Title: CT Technologist - Radiology

At Solomon Page, we are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Bloomington, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CT Technologist to work in our radiology department. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Explain the CT scan process to patients and maintain the highest standards of care and procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort during CT scans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency
Requirements:
  • Current certification from an accredited nursing program
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
