About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our Cloud Integrations platforms and services. As a Cloud Integrations Director, you will be responsible for guiding a talented team of engineers who support the business by developing and implementing governance through thoughtful automation, guiding the team towards operational resiliency and standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow the team through training, mentoring, and coaching in your team and across the technology organization.">
  • Guide the team towards operational resiliency and standards by developing and implementing governance through thoughtful automation.">
  • Active participant in setting Standards and engineering best practices for an engineering domain.">
  • Leverage your expertise in emerging technologies and your strategic partnerships within the organization to drive the organization closer to Cloud.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, MIS or related field; or related work experience beyond the minimum required.">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience planning, organizing and managing activities of others as direct reports or project teams.">
  • Experience with engineering full software development lifecycle best practices including requirement gathering, design, testing, architecture, security, compliance, implementation and support.">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience planning, organizing and managing activities of others as direct reports or lead of specific project tracks, product teams.">
  • Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, more manageable ones, and help others to do the same.">
  • Fundamental understanding of Networking and Linux based platforms.">
  • Modern programming and scripting languages (Python, Go, JavaScript).">
  • AWS Cloud Services (AWS Certified Preferred) and containerized applications and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).">
  • APIs, Events and Messaging platforms.">

We offer a competitive salary range of $**170,000 - $250,000 per year**, depending on skills, education, training, credentials, and experience. You can also expect:
