Job Summary:
The Licensor Submission Coordinator is responsible for working cross-departmentally on all licensor submissions. This role will work closely with the Licensor Submission Manager to ensure that all submissions are accurate, complete, and timely in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Design, Packaging, and Production teams on all licensor submissions
  • Send out all physical samples to Licensors for approval
  • Track submission status and follow up with various teams and licensors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of all submissions and communicate updates and status
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company's needs and operations

Requirements:
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal communication
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload and seamlessly follow up
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team under critical time frames
  • Self-driven and experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department

United Legwear and Apparel Company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. This is an onsite position with a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000.
