Client Relations Manager

Natterbox is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to our clients and networking with them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships, implement new programs, and increase revenue potential while minimizing churn rates. You will work closely with our clients to solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us.
With a strong background in client relations, you will be able to promote the value of our products and services, upsell services and products with a strong brand image, and promote value through exceptional customer experiences.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Solve complex customer problems and improve customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role
- Strong technical skills, as they relate to the use of Natterbox products or services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
