We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Stripe, where you'll have the opportunity to expand our revenue streams through strategic customer relationships.

As a Senior Sales Professional, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute long-term sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of sales experience, preferably selling technical products, with a proven track record of top performance. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Superior negotiation skills are also required to drive deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing account plans and cross-selling into strategic customers to drive growth through expansion and new revenue streams
  • Owning the sales cycle, from business case development to close
  • Driving deal strategy and commercial negotiations for large, complex renewals
  • Developing relationships with executive stakeholders, understanding problems they solve, and helping drive solutions
  • Account mapping and coordinating meetings with external stakeholders to expand the customer relationship
  • Leading and contributing to team projects to develop and refine the sales process and shape the Stripe sales culture

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
