Addiction Recovery Technician

About the Position
This Patient Care Technician role is an integral part of our treatment team. As a member of our staff, you will assist patients from admission through discharge, ensuring they receive comprehensive care. Your duties will include assisting with medication services, patient scheduling, and managing unit office/tech stations. Additionally, you will review and support patient recovery activities, relating observations to relevant staff members.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting clients and staff with various needs throughout the facility.
- Working with the treatment team to address the treatment process within organizational guidelines, philosophies, policies, and procedures.
- Reviewing patient/client activities and relating observations to staff.
- Ensuring building compliance with fire and safety regulations.
- Providing clerical support to the treatment team, medication services, patient scheduling, and management of unit office/tech station.
- Reviewing and supporting recovery activities of patients/clients and relating observations to appropriate staff.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days.
- Current Driver's License in good standing.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $20.00 to $26.97 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in providing hope and healing for individuals struggling with addiction.
