Job Title: Customer Experience Chatroom Operator

At Drips, we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Chatroom Operator to join our team. As a key member of our Conversion Improvement team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through humanized conversations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound messages via our chat room, utilizing point and click frequently asked questions canned responses.
  • Create relevant, appropriate, and compliant responses to consumer inquiries.
  • Escalate conversations to leadership when necessary.
  • Document frequently asked questions for continual improvement.
  • Maintain 98% or above accuracy in response handling.
  • Maintain a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Reliable internet/WiFi connection.
