Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain licenses and permits nationwide, including primary responsibility for renewals.
  • Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems for applicable licenses.
  • Track received items and progress, ensuring all sites are compliant with necessary licenses.
  • Cross-train with Licensing Staff on business license maintenance.
  • Build relationships across the company, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals.
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality within the Legal Department.
  • Conduct research and apply for new licenses as needed.

Requirements:

  • General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
  • Experience composing basic spreadsheets and other types of professional documents.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal employees and external agencies.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize multiple work tasks and requests.
  • High level of organization and ability to exude a positive image that reflects well on the Company.
  • Database experience with License HQ or similar complex database.
  • Proficient with Excel - data entry, formulas, and reporting.
  • Experience with processing licensing applications or renewals.
