Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain licenses and permits nationwide, including primary responsibility for renewals.
- Manage electronic and hard copy filing systems for applicable licenses.
- Track received items and progress, ensuring all sites are compliant with necessary licenses.
- Cross-train with Licensing Staff on business license maintenance.
- Build relationships across the company, maintain a metrics report for the Licensing Manager, and update procedural manuals.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality within the Legal Department.
- Conduct research and apply for new licenses as needed.
Requirements:
- General PC proficiency and strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Experience composing basic spreadsheets and other types of professional documents.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal employees and external agencies.
- Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize multiple work tasks and requests.
- High level of organization and ability to exude a positive image that reflects well on the Company.
- Database experience with License HQ or similar complex database.
- Proficient with Excel - data entry, formulas, and reporting.
- Experience with processing licensing applications or renewals.
