Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate to provide high-quality patient care as part of our dedicated team at Healing Hands Medical Staffing, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being for our patients.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Assist patients with toileting, transferring, and other essential daily tasks.
- Provide companionship and basic care to patients, including grooming, feeding assistance, and bathing.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields.
- Certified by the state of GA.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to work independently.
