As a Personal Care Assistant at Edgewood Healthcare, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. This is a part-time, evening shift position that requires a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care activities such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Document resident care and interactions accurately
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is desired
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to Edgewood policies
