We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technical Operations Officer to join our dynamic team at Kings River Packing, LP. As an 8th generation family-owned grower-packer-shipper, we prioritize excellence and integrity in all aspects of our business.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee and coordinate all technical services activities, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining quality assurance standards. This role is crucial for optimizing technical operations and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical services strategies to optimize operations
  • Align technical activities with company goals and market trends
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives and improvements
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services management or a related role within the agricultural industry
  • Current knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, CDFA, FSMA)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and a 401k plan with 4% matching after 1 year of service.

This role requires occasional local travel and may involve prolonged sitting throughout the workday. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds is also required.
