Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Trainer to provide instruction and develop training related to local workforce needs in manufacturing at Wright State University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs incorporating real-world hands-on activities.
  • Collaborate with staff to maintain training equipment and facilitate offsite instruction as needed.
  • Manage lab student records and grades.
Requirements
  • An Associate's degree in an engineering field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Programmable Logic Controllers, Computer Numerical Control, Basic Manufacturing Processes, Robotics, 3-D printing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three to five years of work experience in an advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred.
