About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Care Professional to join our team at one of our Skilled Nursing Facilities. As a Medical Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to our patients, including evaluating their medical needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient medical needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based medical care to patients, including exams, treatments, and testing
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient medical records accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Active state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years of experience as a nurse practitioner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
