Duke University Hospital, a renowned Level I Trauma Center, seeks an accomplished EMS physician to join its esteemed faculty. With over 80,000 visits annually and a state-of-the-art facility, this is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a thriving emergency medicine department.

As a regular rank faculty member, you will provide clinical and didactic education to residents and medical students, fostering the growth of the Emergency Medical Services and Disaster Medicine section. Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor in disaster medicine, prehospital and emergency medicine research, as well as global health initiatives with international partners.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess completed an Emergency Medicine residency, an ACGME EMS fellowship, and board certification/board eligibility in EMS. Furthermore, they must demonstrate a genuine interest in teaching and being part of a collaborative learning community.

This position offers a competitive salary, approximately $400,000 per year, and an excellent benefits package. The faculty rank will be commensurate with credentials.
