Concrete Finisher

T&T Construction is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to oversee multi-location job sites in the Northeast Area. This role involves managing equipment, labor, and materials for our commercial concrete division.

As a Concrete Finisher, you will report to the Concrete Finishing Superintendent or Project Superintendent. Your primary responsibility will be to support the placement and finishing of concrete pours, ensuring compliance with ACI and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience as a Concrete Finisher, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, able to complete multiple tasks with consistency and accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

1. Safety
   1. Assist in investigating incidents and ensuring proper safety equipment is used.
2. Quality
   1. Ensure consistent and superior workmanship that meets customer expectations.
   2. Verify placed concrete for slump, workability, and finish.
3. Tools and Equipment
   1. Operate, clean, and maintain finishing equipment.
4. Leadership and Communication
   1. Motivate and inspire employees through positive reinforcement and feedback.
