Job Summary:

As a DLA Specialist, you will work with the GSG DLA DIBBS team to research and obtain quotes for potential opportunities which will be entered into the NetSuite ERP System.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research: Review current DIBBS opportunities provided by GSG team members and contact associated approved vendors and/or manufacturers for quote estimates.
  2. NetSuite Data Entry: Enter into system all submissions (as Opportunities) to include all quote/bid related documentation.
  3. Expediting: Contact and confirm the current production and/or shipping status of open purchase orders to ensure they remain on the advised schedule.

Additional Responsibilities:

This position will also provide necessary support for GSG interactions with US military branches, DLA, and DCMA. Post-Award and Pre-Award requests will be addressed in coordination with the GSG Team Sales Manager.
