Process Metallurgist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Metallurgist to join our team at Search Masters, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in process improvement and metallurgical support to drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively pursuing process improvement opportunities to existing processes and work procedures within the ISO framework. Additionally, they will support Quality, Manufacturing, and the Metallurgical Laboratory by providing metallurgical support. They will review specifications for raw material purchase, acceptance/evaluation, and release, as well as design and develop manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.

• Design and develop manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.
• Develop manufacturing procedures for customer approval and ensure all products comply with approved fixed processes.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgy. A strong background in process improvement and metallurgical support is essential.
