About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Team Lead to join our team at Sedgwick. This role involves overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions for a specified unit, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional colleague experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and reporting statistics to support unit performance measures.
  • Overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions and/or activities.
  • Identifying and resolving problems and issues.
  • Providing direction, coordination, training, and support for the unit.
  • Offering systems administration and/or technical support for unit-specific duties.

Responsibilities

This role also includes supervisory responsibilities, including:

  • Providing support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance for two or more colleagues.
  • Administering company personnel policies in all areas and following company staffing standards and training recommendations.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and establishing colleague performance development plans; conducting colleague performance reviews.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
  • At least six (6) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Estimated Salary Range

$65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
