Support Services Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Team Lead to join our team at Sedgwick. This role involves overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions for a specified unit, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional colleague experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Gathering and reporting statistics to support unit performance measures.
- Overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions and/or activities.
- Identifying and resolving problems and issues.
- Providing direction, coordination, training, and support for the unit.
- Offering systems administration and/or technical support for unit-specific duties.
Responsibilities
This role also includes supervisory responsibilities, including:
- Providing support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance for two or more colleagues.
- Administering company personnel policies in all areas and following company staffing standards and training recommendations.
- Interviewing, hiring, and establishing colleague performance development plans; conducting colleague performance reviews.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (preferred).
- At least six (6) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products.
- Analytical and interpretive skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- The ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
Estimated Salary Range
$65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
