Die Casting Mechanic Position

We are seeking a skilled Die Casting Mechanic to join our team at Madison-Kipp Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our high-pressure die casting and precision machining operations.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair die cast dies to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and assemble casting dies, performing routine and preventative scheduled maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Utilize measuring equipment and software to inspect and analyze die cast parts.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in die casting and/or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and die casting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year (salary range based on experience).
