About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Die Casting Mechanic to join our team at Madison-Kipp Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the success of our high-pressure die casting and precision machining operations.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair die cast dies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and assemble casting dies, performing routine and preventative scheduled maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Utilize measuring equipment and software to inspect and analyze die cast parts.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in die casting and/or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical principles and die casting processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
