Job Title: Division Commander

This is a challenging role for an experienced law enforcement professional who can lead and manage teams with confidence. As a Division Commander, you will oversee the daily operations of a division within Clear Creek County Sheriff's Office in Colorado.

Salary:

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum


About the Job:
  • You will supervise and coordinate the activities of subordinates effectively.
  • Develop and implement personnel and operating procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and performance among team members.
  • Evaluate and assess the work done by lower-classified employees.

Requirements:
  • Possess a valid Colorado drivers license.
  • Meet P.O.S.T. certification requirements (if applicable).
  • Demonstrate mastery-level skills in law enforcement techniques, criminal behavior, and legal rights.
  • Exhibit strong leadership, insight, and consultation on intricate matters.
  • Show independence in decision-making and problem-solving.
