Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse in our home health care team, you will provide patient care according to the client's care plan and needs. This includes teaching the client and/or family members about care and support skills, communicating regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team, and providing COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with prior nursing experience in a home health, hospice, or TCU setting. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is preferred. We encourage all active duty, reserve, veterans, and National Guard members to apply, as we value their dedication and experience in the field of home health care.
