Job Summary:

Vision Government Solutions is seeking a skilled Appraisal Specialist to join our Reassessment team in Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording the physical description of real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately verify, gather, and record the physical description of real estate properties.
  • Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work.
  • Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment, maintaining professional communication and appearance.

Requirements:

  • Located in Northern/Central VA, with reliable transportation to/from working locations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, stretching, and kneeling during property inspections.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to put at ease members of the public.
  • Valid driver's license and real estate appraisal experience a plus.
