Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the power and performance management of our gaming devices. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure system-level power budget and thermal specifications are met while delivering high-performance products.

Responsibilities
  • Specifying power requirements for primary components, balancing power draw, cost, and thermal constraints.
  • Developing and implementing power management techniques at a system level for high power savings and maximum performance.
  • Creating holistic thermal and power management system-level solutions for complex entertainment devices.
  • Working with mechanical engineers to evaluate solution options for functionality, cost, and risk.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop power management requirements and evaluate design targets.
  • Specifying, designing, and verifying electrical subsystems on the motherboard.
  • Simulation automation, data gathering, analysis, and visualization using JMP or similar tools.
Other Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical engineering, thermo-mechanical aspects of active cooling technologies, power states, and control system theory. Strong technical leadership and communication skills are also required.

About the Job

This role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
