About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Specialist in Renal Therapy to join our dynamic team at DaVita. This rewarding role will involve providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialty nephrology care as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team.
  • Oversee patient observations and nursing tasks, ensuring the highest level of care and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred but not required.
