Job Description
As a Logistics Courier Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Loading, securing, and protecting merchandise for safe transportation;
• Offloading, installing, and demonstrating merchandise to customers;
• Safely operating delivery vehicles and assisting with store operations when needed;

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues;
• A working knowledge of electronics to troubleshoot and resolve issues;
• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and help others;
• A valid driver's license (no CDL required) and ability to meet DOT requirements for certification;
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and 300 pounds with a dolly;
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions, including rain or extreme temperatures.
