Human Resources Transaction Specialist

The Ladgov Corporation is seeking a skilled Junior HR Transactions Specialist to join its team. This role will be based in Washington, DC.
We are offering an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
This position involves handling various personnel actions using SF-52s and SF-50s, ensuring compliance with federal regulations. You will also coordinate entry-on-duty dates, prepare offer letters, and maintain personnel files in the eOPF system.
We require strong knowledge of federal HR processing requirements, including coding and processing personnel actions. Proficiency with USA Staffing, National Finance Center (NFC) systems, eOPF, EmpowHR, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively manage documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Input and Verify New Hire Documents: Ensure accurate and timely processing of new hire documents in the USA Staffing system.
- Review Pre-Employment Forms: Verify pre-employment forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal requirements.
- Calculate Service Computation Dates: Calculate SCDs in line with OPM guidelines and verify eligibility for benefits.
- Process Personnel Actions: Process a variety of personnel actions using SF-52s and SF-50s, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Coordinate Entry-On-Duty Dates: Coordinate entry-on-duty dates and prepare offer letters.
