Construction Project Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Assistant Superintendent to join our team at Cotton Holdings, Inc.

Cotton Holdings, Inc. is a diversified holding company with subsidiaries that provide property restoration and recovery, construction, roofing, logistical support, temporary workforce housing, and culinary services to public and private entities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the direction and coordination of projects, including all aspects of performance, administration, documentation, and customer contact.
- Communicate daily with the Superintendent to ensure project smoothness and adherence to company protocols, project policies, and accounting procedures.
- Ensure service quality meets the company's highest standard.
- Maintain a budget for each project to ensure profitability.
- Perform work within a given budget or communicate job progress from start to finish.
- Develop and implement a Site Safety Plan, communicating it to Field Supervisors and labor.
- Keep clients and adjusters informed to promote excellent customer service.
- Ensure job files have proper-signed contracts and required forms, processed on a timely basis for accurate accounting department processing.
- Complete/draft Project Management Reviews daily for job files.
- Conduct Safety Toolbox meetings and participate in safety investigations to minimize risk.
- Provide feedback (positive or negative) to Operation and Superintendents regarding individual jobs as needed.
- Maintain open communication and constant networking with adjusters, the insurance community, and target businesses assigned.
- The hiring of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Daily direction of restoration project activities.
- Meeting client and adjuster needs and requests.
- Conflict resolution with customers.
- Performance evaluation of operation staff and change of scope.
- Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- 1 year of construction experience or a college degree with construction internship experience.
- OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is beneficial.
- Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office applications expertise.
- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and travel as business demands.
- Good driving record: minimum 21 years old, 3 years of verifiable driving experience, no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years, no repeat seat belt violations, no high-speed moving violations in 3 years.
Earnings:
The estimated salary for this position is $25.00 per hour, reflecting the value of your expertise and dedication in ensuring project success.
