About the Role: Catholic Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the skilled physical therapy needs of referred patients, identifying problems, and developing comprehensive plans of care. Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring their understanding and agreement to proceed with the treatment plan. Provide instruction to patients and their families on the use of home medical equipment and home exercise programs. Direct and assist patients in therapeutic interventions focusing on various aspects of physical well-being. Document all assessments in the medical record in a clear, concise manner, adhering to timelines for evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries.

What We Offer: A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
