Job Description

You will develop strong relationships with clients, design partners, and project stakeholders by understanding their business priorities and facilitating communication within the project team. Your tasks will include reviewing client contracts, participating in preconstruction and bidding, overseeing submittals and RFIs, managing purchases, resolving subcontractor issues, analyzing self-perform activities, and leading project closeouts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in construction project management, including change orders and hard-bid estimates. You must be proficient in reviewing and understanding all construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for interacting with parties such as management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
