Job Description

The Biotechnology Research Scientist will be responsible for maintaining and documenting regulatory/GLP requirements.

This role involves collaborating with the production team to ensure processes are followed, reporting results and data clearly and concisely to management, and adhering to policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree or higher in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.

A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of proven experience in academic or industry settings is required.

The salary range for this position is $25-30/hr, with overtime consideration and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure production compliance with regulatory/GLP requirements and maintain required documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure detailed experimental procedures and reports meet applicable regulatory needs.
  • Work with the team to ensure assay performance aligns with customer needs.
  • Demonstrate passion for problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Provide strong technical expertise in qPCR assay design and optimization.
  • Preferably, have experience in clinical product development under Design Control.
  • Exhibit strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
