We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthetist to join our team at Northwest Medical Center Springdale. As a Regional CRNA Director, you will lead a close-knit team of 8 CRNAs who work together to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative anesthesia care setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Level II trauma center with diverse cases, including general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, GI/endo, ortho, podiatry, and ENT (including pediatrics). We offer a competitive salary ranging from $225,000-$255,000 per year, plus additional call and shifts worked incentives.
