Job Title: Eating Disorder Nurse Specialist

At Penn Medicine, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an Eating Disorder Nurse Specialist. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with eating disorders.

About the Role:

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with eating disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and nutritional needs of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits, nutrition, and body image issues.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License (required prior to first day of hire).
  • Minimum of 15 months of RN work experience, preferably in a clinical specialty related to eating disorders.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance, health insurance, and paid time off.
