Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Participate in planning activities to manage plant utilities and optimize production processes
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Collaborate with other plant personnel to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical school preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret industrial documents and electrical drawings
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
