Experienced Healthcare Professionals Sought for Military Readiness

We are a trusted industry leader with over three decades of experience in providing healthcare services. Our team of clinicians and logistics professionals is dedicated to delivering high-quality care through our fixed-clinic, mobile treatment center, telemedicine, and portable deployment models.
Our work primarily involves weekends, with some occasional weekdays under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) on an "as needed" basis. We provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements of the following:
- U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
- Army National Guard (ARNG)
- U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
- U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
- U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
- Air National Guard (ANG)
- U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
We support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel by reviewing their medical history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires. We also interview them to determine current and prior medical concerns, identify any immediate needs, and document the results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record.

To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- Completed an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
- Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Maintained a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
- Demonstrate resilience in handling high-stress situations and working effectively.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, team members, and the public.
- Display a positive and supportive attitude when collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
