Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Amtec Global Solutions Inc.

Compensation Package

The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Serve as the face of the company, representing it in interactions with clients and customers.
  • Handle high-volume phone traffic while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Process orders, assist with product inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and billing departments to ensure accurate and efficient customer interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in company systems.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer service, offering proactive solutions and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including hands-on training for the first two weeks and additional training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong phone handling skills, including the ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with sales and billing teams is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
