Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team at Amtec Global Solutions Inc.
Compensation PackageThe successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of $22.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Serve as the face of the company, representing it in interactions with clients and customers.
- Handle high-volume phone traffic while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Process orders, assist with product inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and billing departments to ensure accurate and efficient customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in company systems.
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer service, offering proactive solutions and support.
- Participate in ongoing training, including hands-on training for the first two weeks and additional training as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Strong phone handling skills, including the ability to manage multiple calls and inquiries efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with sales and billing teams is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
