Library Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Library Worker to join our team at Findlay Campus Library. As a Student Library Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the library, working closely with librarians to provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment for students and faculty.

• Provide staffing for the circulation desk, greeting visitors and answering telephones
• Assist librarians with routine tasks, such as checking out/in resources, interlibrary lending, and answering general information questions
• Shelve materials in all areas of the library and maintain order by reading shelves periodically
• Assist with circulation duties and support librarians with projects

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be available to work some evenings until 8:00 p.m. and some Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
