Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) Directorate. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating test products for all Raytheon products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, and technical drawings
- Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, including technical, cost, and schedule management
- Act independently or as part of a team to uncover and resolve issues associated with test product development and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- Experience with electrical engineering design, including troubleshooting, analysis, and test
- Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools, including Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic
- Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Ability to provide technical leadership in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design
