We offer innovative, customized treatment in both inpatient and outpatient programs, tailored to your individual needs and preferences. Our services address a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and schizophrenia.

As a Registered Nurse with Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on positive patient outcomes. You will assess patients for risk of danger to self or others at time of admission and ongoing through hospitalization, intervene appropriately during behavioral crisis situations, and participate in implementation of individualized plans of care.

Your role will also involve providing patient educational information, facilitating educational/activity groups, and recommending alternative activities based on patient functioning level and treatment plan. Additionally, you will provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and at least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year in acute psychiatric experience preferred. The estimated salary for this position is $**80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on location and qualifications.
