About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on our customers' experience. As a Customer Service Experience Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will also be responsible for communicating service status updates to customers, ensuring that they are informed every step of the way. This includes regular updates on the status of their requests, as well as any changes or developments that may affect their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Communicate service status updates to customers in a clear and timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
