**Speech and Language Services in a Middle School Setting**
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in New Hope, North Carolina. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Job Details:- This is a full-time position located in a middle school
- Caseload will be discussed during the interview
- Onsite work during the 2023-2024 school year
**Compensation Package:**
- We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, paid weekly
- Guaranteed work hours ensure stability and predictability
- Payment for both direct and indirect services rendered
- Liability insurance coverage provides peace of mind
- Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits are available for full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Stipends may be available under certain circumstances
**Requirements and Responsibilities:**
- A valid North Carolina State SLP License is required
- A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Providing speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
