The Role:

As a Financial Planning Counselor, you will collaborate with our internal Relationship Managers, serving as the primary resource for advanced financial planning education and analysis. You will expand your financial planning acumen, engage with various departments within the organization, and conduct comprehensive discussions with clients to guide them on their financial journey. You will be supported by your Team Manager, who will facilitate your training and professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your financial planning expertise to assist our internal Relationship Managers and clients effectively.
  • Prepare financial plans and conduct detailed analyses for current clients.
  • Actively seek efficiency enhancements, propose solutions, and escalate any issues or concerns.
  • Provide insights on feedback, trends, and more to the Private Client Group Programs management.
  • Conduct educational sessions for both internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial planning topics (CFP designation is advantageous).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences via phone and email.
  • Skilled in managing complexity and coordinating across multiple departments under tight deadlines.
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
