About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee daily operations of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and clean job site.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Project Documentation: Manage and document project schedules, timelines, and milestones using project management software such as Procore.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Project Planning: Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and specifications, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in health care and commercial construction interiors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using Procore.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Communication Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Safety and Compliance: Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance on the job site.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and Ambition: Proactive and ambitious, with a strong desire to grow within the company and take on leadership roles.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Competitive salary from $80,000-$110,000.
