Job Title: Service Advisor - Luxury Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

Fields Mercedes is seeking a highly organized and friendly Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing a luxurious experience to both internal and external customers. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience and create life-long relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Time management skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills with customers.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
