Sales Professional for Mid-Atlantic Region

At Beverage South LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to represent our spirits sales brokering solutions in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue through consultative selling and building strong relationships with customers.
Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Consultant represents Beverage South in the Mid-Atlantic region with passion, creativity, and self-motivation. The primary responsibilities include visiting customers, having meaningful sales conversations, and increasing sales revenue. Consultative selling developed through trust and repetition will drive maximum results, adding value to our clients, customers, and Beverage South as well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent alcoholic beverage suppliers in a first-class manner, with utmost integrity under the Beverage South family of brands in the described territory.
- Attain case volume goals, distribution benchmarks, and conduct state listing meetings, either in person or virtually.
- Conduct VIP/Karma minimum submissions by market, submitting a weekly plan of attack for reporting purposes.
- Report any needs, opportunities, advantages/disadvantages in each market through the submission of the weekly report of activities.
- Build, develop, and nurture relationships in retail accounts, on-premise accounts, with brokers, reps, and state leaders to grow business.
- Work trade shows, broker events, and supplier-driven special events, hosting key decision-makers in each market at special events.
- Be well-versed in all brand education for each brand or family of brands and pursue continuing education programs for self-fulfillment and accomplishment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Valid driver's license and clean DWV record
- Ability to pass a physical exam
- Close and color vision
Compensation:
We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
