Automotive Coatings Territory Development Manager

About the Role:
">This is a dynamic sales opportunity with a top industrial coating organization covering the US. As an Automotive Coatings Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in a designated territory.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals within the designated territory.">
- Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships with dealerships and collision centers.">
- Identify potential new customers and create a plan to cultivate those relationships.">
- Conduct regular customer visits to monitor the quality of our products and services.">
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product line, market trends, and competitors.">
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and sales promotions.">
- Provide ongoing support and training to customers regarding our products and services.">
- Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts to upper management.">
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and training seminars as required.">
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and outside sales, along with a proven track record in dealership management and prospecting. Extensive knowledge of automotive coatings and related products is essential, as is excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are also required, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable, and a valid driver's license is necessary for travel within the designated territory.
