Total Wine & More is seeking a skilled Digital Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting and establishing relationships with customers while informing them of our products. You will also be responsible for fulfilling online orders through product selection, packaging, and order placement. Additionally, you will assist in selecting, sorting, and stocking merchandise throughout the store, as well as supporting other areas of the store as a cashier or stock associate. You will also be responsible for maintaining store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, breakroom, and bathroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by greeting and establishing relationships with customers
  • Fulfill online orders through product selection, packaging, and order placement
  • Assist in selecting, sorting, and stocking merchandise throughout the store
  • Support other areas of the store as a cashier or stock associate
  • Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
